Our goal at TitleSouth is to provide exceptiononal customer service and accessibility
and with five closing offices located throughout the greater Birmingham area, we
are here to assist and insure your real estate transaction is a success.
TitleSouth’s closing attorneys and settlement agents will schedule and perform real
estate closings in real estate offices and other locations when requested and will
work with our underwriters to coordinate and schedule closings across the country
whenever buyers and sellers cannot be present in Birmingham on their closing date.
