Tami Berry started with the TitleSouth Closing Center in May, 2010. She is a graduate of Shades Valley High School. She has been in the real estate business since 1986. She has worked with closing attorneys as well as title companies. She has experience in all realms of real estate. She is an avid reader and animal lover.

Cassy graduated from the University of Montevallo in May 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and is currently a student at Birmingham School of Law. She joined TitleSouth in April 2010, as a Closing Assistant. Mrs. Dailey lives in Brierfield with her husband, Scott.

John H. Henson serves as Corporate Counsel and Associate Director for the TitleSouth Real Estate Closing Centers in Birmingham. Prior to joining TitleSouth as Associate Counsel in September 2007, Mr. Henson served as a part-time law clerk with TitleSouth and held an internship with the Alabama Attorney General’s office. Mr. Henson holds a Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where he served as a member of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board. Mr. Henson also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Martin Methodist College, in his hometown of Pulaski, Tennessee. John lives in the Birmingham area with his wife, Amy and their son, Jack.

Karen Hollis was born and raised in Birmingham. She graduated from Huffman High School and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In September, 2009, Karen made the change to TitleSouth Closing Center where she is currently the Title Closing Manager. Karen started out working at a local mortgage company where she worked in the post closing department calling attorneys for outstanding documentation. During that time, one of the attorneys she called on offered her a position with their firm. There, she was instrumental in starting a title company, and eventually bought that title company in 2002. Her attention to detail along with a strong belief in customer service were essential factors to her success. In 2008, she sold the company and stayed on as Vice President to assist in the transition.

Sandy attended the University of Montevallo and Birmingham School of Law. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Montevallo in 2002, Mrs. Johnson elected to attend Birmingham School of Law. In 2005, she received her Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law. While in law school, she obtained various honors. She began her legal career in Montevallo, Alabama in 2006, where she practiced law as a solo practitioner. Mrs. Johnson’s private practice focused on real estate closing services. Mrs. Johnson joined TitleSouth as Associate Counsel in November 2007. Mrs. Johnson lives in Montevallo, Alabama with her husband, Keith, their daughter, Emily, and son, David.
